Each advent calendar consists of several components that must fit together precisely. megapac ensures error-free stocking of the book-style calendars and displays by combining automated processes with manual quality checks. This ensures that every unit reaches the customer complete and correctly assembled.

Structured logistics and secure palletizing

After processing, the calendars are packed into trays of five or ten units, placed in outer cartons, and loaded onto up to 620 Euro pallets. Through optimized storage and shipping processes, the entire operation runs efficiently and on schedule. The OneFlow principle ensures smooth coordination across all steps.
