Efficient workflows despite complexity

The sets consist of numerous, sometimes delicate components that must be packed according to precise specifications. Some subassemblies are pre-sealed in poly bags. The sets are then processed according to the bill of materials, ensuring that every step is carried out with precision. In addition, we regularly check the weight of the sets to ensure that all components are complete.

Long production runs? No problem.

The large number of components in the toys sometimes requires very long production lines—both for play sets and retail displays. Thanks to the size of our facilities and our flexible floor layout, we can easily accommodate these processes, even under tight time constraints. Through standardized workflows and trained staff, we ensure that every set is packed correctly, securely, and efficiently.

Forward-thinking logistics

In addition to processing, production generates a high volume of pallets. Through continuous repalletizing and coordinated logistics processes, everything stays in motion—ensuring efficient throughput right up to shipping. Thanks to our internal organization, even short-notice requirements can be handled reliably.
